    1.            The Personal Information We Collect

Please note that if you purchase our products through third-party platforms, we may not have access to this information. In the past year, we have collected the following types of information.

    When you buy something, the credit card details are handled on a part of our site designed for these transactions. You'll know you're in a part of our website designed for payment card transactions when you see a yellow padlock icon at the bottom left of your screen and the web address begins with www.natureofthings.com. This zone is where you'll stay throughout the entire checkout process.

    If you use our Services outside of the United States, you understand that we may collect, process, and store your personal information in the United States and other countries.

    10.      Region Specific Disclosures

    In addition to the foregoing, laws in some jurisdictions, such as the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom (“UK”) and certain US states may require additional disclosures. We are not currently subject to “comprehensive” US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will continue to assess the scope of these laws and make any additional disclosures where required. Below, we provide further information to residents of the EEA and UK in the event we are considered subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation or UK General Data Protection Regulation (together referred to as the “GDPR”).
